I’m a licensed Psychotherapist. I have 19 years of experience within the behavioral and mental health arena.

I have worked in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, medical, and assisted living facilities. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and caregivers. I have completed additional certifications in anger management.

My expertise is working with young adults (19+) and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, life transition issues, and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My varied experiences have conditioned me to work effectively with individuals from various cultural and socio-economical backgrounds.
